Boys Appliance Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to Boys Appliance. We will do everything possible to work with you and the manufacturer of your product to ensure a positive shopping experience.
A restocking fee (minimum of 25% of purchase price) will apply to products authorized for return. All units requested to be returned to Boys Appliance must be in new condition, in original packaging and must be within 7 days of delivery or pick up. Boys Appliance reserve the right to decline returns. All ventilation products are final sale are not returnable or refundable.
All electrical parts, ventilation products and custom orders are final sale and not returnable or refundable.
Boys Appliance reserves the right to refuse or accept returns for major appliances purchased in-store or online at our discretion.
All items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery or pick up.
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
